The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were brand new, clean, and comfortable, with lovely decoration details that added a cozy touch. The double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep, despite the hotel's location on a busy street. The fast internet connection was a bonus. Within a few minutes' walk, we found local and international food stalls, a 7-Eleven, and a larger convenience store that had everything we needed. The hotel also provided a complimentary coffee and cake in the morning, plus the option to purchase a full breakfast. The free airport transfer service made our travel arrangements hassle-free. We can't emphasize enough how comfortable and welcomed we felt at Winrisa Place. If you're looking for a longer stay to relax in the area, the staff is more than ready to assist—all fluently in English.

For families with children, my kids wished for a playground or a play area within the hotel premises.

We had a wonderful stay at a place that had everything we needed. The room was well-equipped, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff at Winrisa Place were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even drove us to a great beach bar and helped us catch the shuttle bus. the quality of our stay was superb. Thank you!

Our apartment was basic very close to walking distance of beach, and 20 minute walk to the airport. Had really really nice stay for this holidays, we appreciated being there.

The hotel offered free airport transfers, which was very convenient for my business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing excellent customer service. The location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance from the airport, allowing me to easily catch my flight. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The surrounding area was quite limited in terms of amenities and things to do.

The room was spotless and looked brand new, with a very comfortable bed - the most comfortable I've had in Thailand after 5 weeks of traveling. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even driving me to a nice bar by the beach one evening. Additionally, the hotel offers a free transfer to the airport, which was very convenient. Its location was comfortable, 2 km from a massive water park. Having a bathtub was great. Amiable staff ensured a pleasant stay for this holidays.

Despite my negative experience, there were a few positive aspects of this hotel. The beds were comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. the rooms were clean, which was a relief. However, these factors did not make up for the negative aspects of the hotel, such as the poor location, rude staff, and lack of amenities.
